Catherine Preusse, Assistant Manager at The Black Rose, graduated from Richmond University in London, England with a degree in International Business and Marketing. Her career in the hospitality industry began at the very young age of 13, working throughout high school in a local bakery and in college at London's famous Icebar. Upon moving from London in 2012, Preusse began managing a restaurant in Brookline as well as working as an Events and Marketing Manager at other venues in downtown Boston. Beside hospitality, Catherine spent the summer of 2011 in Berlin, Germany working as a Travel Writer and also interned in London for the Queen of England's glove designer in 2012. When she is not at The Black Rose, you can find her working on her family's vineyard outside of Worcester, traveling abroad and hanging out with her rescued puppy, Louie.
